It's been really good for me to look back at my writing because it is definitely not my gift! Also there is a slight chance that I'm a little consumed with the women perspective in these stories because I talk about it almost every week! On one hand I'm a little scared of my own one track mind but on the other hand it's cool to get to see where I got the idea for my project - Women in the Bible - because it's clearly something I'm passionate about! My creative writing has definitely not been incredible and looking back made me realize how little of it I have done! Going forward I really want to conquer my fear of doing creative writing on the weekly assignments so that I can do some of it for my Storybook! I think my weekly reading reviews have been long and really good but I definitely think I could go into more specifics about more stories instead of just latching onto a few things that stand out to me. Doing my introduction review for my Storybook really helped me to beef it up and I think that will be helpful for me to do for my storybook every week because even though I proof read I feel like it is way more helpful to get some distance from the assignment! The picture I picked as my favorite is the one from my Storybook of Judith beheading the general because it really represents what I'm passionate about theses stories - finding strong and unique female perspectives! Woohoo!
